The Monthly Catch-up!
June Highlights
June was a great month here at Cowork 1010! We kicked things off with our Members-Only Bagels & Brews event—because nothing says productivity like carbs and caffeine. It was a great time to connect, catch up, and fuel up for the day ahead.
We also welcomed a few new faces to the community—if you’re new around here, we’re so glad you’re here!
As we head into July, we’ve got some exciting things planned and can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned! 🎉
Event Space
We have hosted events such as grand openings, non-profit fundraisers, photo studios and more. A little about our space is it includes free parking, beer-on-tap, fully stocked fridge, bean-to-cup coffee, and support staff on-site. We are located on the 11th floor, Pyramid 1, which totals to 5,043 sq ft. The capacity for events is 40, and we will provide chairs, tables, and refreshments.
Member Pricing
· $100/hour: Monday-Thursday
· $125/hour: Friday-Sunday
Nonmember Pricing
· $150/hour: Monday-Thursday
· $175/hour: Friday-Sunday
