"My name is Mike Bachman and I am the Senior Director of Public Initiatives for Shine Early Learning. Shine Early Learning supports the launch and quality building of Head Start programs in 28 states across the country and co-designs with public systems large scale coaching and training solutions for early childhood educators. I am extremely fortunate to work with amazing colleagues across the country and live right here in midtown Indy with my husband, our son, and 17 year old "pup". Outside of work, I participate in the local theater scene, enjoy the Children's Museum with my family, Newfields with my friends, and my early morning workouts. My time in the theater is more than just a hobby, however, I have a bachelors and masters in theatre and completed my graduate degree while living and working in nine different countries in Europe.
I have been a member of Cowork 1010 since April 2022. We chose Cowork for the location and amenities. As a national organization with more than 60 team members in Indiana, we need a place where people feel comfortable and are able to drop-in whenever needed for a meeting or to get some work done. COWORK 1010 is the sweet spot. And the beer ain't bad either."
